At Tallant Virtual Services, we’re not just a virtual assistance team; we're a family-driven partnership with a shared vision of empowering small businesses. Founded by a dynamic mother-daughter duo, our journey began when my mother, with over 15 years of experience leading a marketing department in the oil and gas sector, found herself at a career crossroads. Rather than returning to the corporate world, she chose to chart her own course, leveraging her extensive skills to assist friends running their own businesses. This ripple of support quickly expanded, and Tallant Virtual Services was born.

It’s me, Julianne, her daughter and the latest addition to this venture. I made the leap from my role as a social media coordinator for an energy tech startup to become her partner in crime (literally, as she is both my mom and business partner). Together, we form the heart and soul of Tallant Virtual Services, specializing in marketing and general administrative support. Our mission is deeply personal: as small business owners ourselves, we understand the challenges and opportunities that come with entrepreneurship. We’re here not just to manage your emails and meetings, but to be your partners in growth and success, helping you scale your business while reducing day-to-day stresses.

Outside of work, we are deeply family-oriented. My parents have seven children - six boys and me. I always say the perk of being the only girl is that you get to go into business together. We absolutely love spending time with family and friends. We also relish the flexibility to pick up our business and travel to places where we feel most inspired (hence the pictures of New York City), while continuing to provide assistance and value to our customers anywhere in the world. We're more than just virtual assistants; we're your allies in navigating the business world, wherever you are.

At Tallant Virtual Services, we’re excited to bring our passion, experience, and family values to your business. Let’s work together to turn your vision into reality.
